CFTM Data Analyst (Cosmetics) at Aditya Birla Group (Birla Cosmetics Private Limited) Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and process large datasets from online marketplaces (e.g., Nykaa, Amazon), social media, and customer feedback to understand purchasing patterns and customer demographics.Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).Customer Insights: Analyze data to identify customer segments and growth opportunities, and develop customer personas for personalized marketing strategies.Predictive Modeling: Create predictive models for customer retention, sales forecasting, and demand planning, utilizing statistical methods and machine learning techniques.Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of business performance, providing insights to stakeholders.Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.Reporting: Present findings and actionable insights to management, translating complex data into clear visualizations and reports.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce context.Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).CRM & Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Klaviyo.Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
