Overview:The Data Analyst, Insights will analyze and model data to develop analytics that drive product and customer decisions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Data Insights & Customer Intelligence, this role collaborates with product management, marketing, data engineers, and data scientists to identify trends and communicate findings effectively.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze data from diverse sources, including external labor market data and internal datasets from various platforms.Critical Thinking: Identify and contextualize the narrative within multiple datasets and present findings to various audiences.Data Quality Investigation: Investigate data quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions for data scientists and engineers.Business Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and communicate analytical results.Data Mapping: Identify requirements for data mapping and enrichment to enhance data usability.Data Visualization: Produce and adapt data visualizations in response to internal and external business requests.Adaptation of Analyses: Modify existing analyses or models as needed based on business needs.Professional Development: Take action on feedback for continual professional improvement and pursue training to enhance skills.Flexibility: Maintain flexibility and adapt to changes in business requirements as necessary.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics.Skills: Strong data analytics and visualization skills; proficiency in creating charts, dashboards, and calculated fields in Tableau Desktop.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data insights clearly.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data compiling, formatting, and cleansing; familiarity with SQL and various data joins.
