Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.Dashboard and Report Development: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.SQL Query Writing: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract relevant data from databases.KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.Data Integrity: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data through data cleaning, transformation, and validation.Predictive Analysis: Assist in forecasting and predictive analytics to drive business growth.Ad-hoc Data Analysis: Provide data-driven solutions for specific business challenges through ad-hoc analysis.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, working with SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI, and experience in data analysis.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and providing business insights.Communication: Ability to present data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred: Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
