Key Responsibilities:Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization. Ensure that data is accessible and actionable for various stakeholders.Data-Driven Insights: Generate data-based insights to support the launch of impactful marketing campaigns and user acquisition/retention programs. Use your analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide recommendations for improvement.Customer Journey Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of the customer journey and current market trends to enhance marketing initiatives and customer experience.Campaign Performance Analysis: Dive into campaign data to identify areas of improvement, optimize performance, and drive better outcomes.Operational Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results on a weekly, monthly, and periodic basis for key stakeholders. Create reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts to communicate findings effectively.Collaborate on Data Tracking: Work closely with the Product team to implement and optimize data tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Flurry, and Clevertap, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to drive product and process changes that enhance business intelligence and overall efficiency.
