Refund Policy

Effective as of May 1st, 2024.
Please note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to learners who are found to be violating these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.
Courses:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after enrolling for a course to request a refund. We accept refund requests for a course only in case you have consumed less then 10% of course content within these 7 days. To be eligible for a refund, you'll need to share the receipt or proof of purchase / Payment.

Workshops / In-person programs or courses:
We have a 7-day refund policy from the date of course enrolment / Payment. We allow 100% refund up to 7 days before the start of the workshop / In-person program and zero refund if refund request is made within 7 days of start of the workshop / In-person program.
Physical Items:
Please note that return of any Physical items, if any, will need to be sent to the following address: Gloassaread Technologies Pvt. Ltd. C-16,2nd Floor, C-Block Market, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, DL, 110057, India. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, receiving your goods may take longer than expected depending on the courier. You will need to bear any cost of returning any Physical items, if any.

To be eligible for a refund, these Physical items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale of gift cards.
Exchanges / Change of course
In case you wish to change the course which you have purchased, please write to us at contact@skillcamper.com.
We allow change of course within 7-days and only in case you have consumed less then 10% of course content.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the request for Refund and inspected your returned Physical items (if any) to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank process and post the refund too.
